Welcome to the Cancer Epigenetics Drug Database (CEDD), the first of four interconnected databases to be released by the Cancer Epigenetics Society. The Cancer Epigenetics Drug Database is itself subdivided in two datasets: an Experimental section and a Clinical section (more information is available on the corresponding pages). Both sections are currently further subdivided into four classes of epigenetics modifiers: DNA methyltransferases (DNMT), histone deacetylases (HDAC), histone methyltransferases (HMT), and histone lysine demethylases (KDM). Additional epigenetic modifier families will be added in the future. You may click on any of the classes of epigenetic modifiers to access the relevant data. You may also click here should you wish to email us any information or inquiry relevant to the Cancer Epigenetics Drug Database.
