DESCRIPTION:Dr. Kufe is seeking a qualified postdoctoral candidate interested in studying the effects of MUC1-C on local and three-dimensional chromatin structure.\nA high priority will be placed on experience with ChIP-seq\, hi-C\, RNA-seq and analysis of bioinformatic data.\nThe successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop independent projects and work in conjunction with other post-doctoral fellows in the Kufe laboratory.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\nThe candidate must have a MD\, PhD or MD/PhD with several years of relevant experience in the epigenetic regulation of cancer cells.
