Vice Chair of Research – Gastrointestinal Oncology

The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute (Moffitt) is seeking an outstanding investigator who is a leader in the Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer research field, and who will serve as Vice Chair of Research of the Gastrointestinal Oncology Department of Moffitt. The expertise of the Applicant should be evident in top-tier publications, extramural funding, an established stature in the GI cancer research field, and a creative portfolio of research programs that will complement ongoing high-profile research conducted by Cancer Center members in the areas of tumor immunity, epidemiology, molecular oncology, cancer metabolism, imaging, genetic and epigenetic control, tumor biology, mathematical oncology and evolution, and cancer drug discovery and development.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree, qualify for faculty appointment as a tenure-track Senior Member/Professor or as an Associate Member/Associate Professor, and have demonstrated skills in leadership and administrative roles.
