Since 1979 “worldwide cancer research” has invested into nearly two thousand reseach projects all over the world. The goal of this grant is to support research that might in future help reduce the incidence of cancer or improve cancer survial.

Grants are awarded to support fudamental or translational research into the causes, mechanisms, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of cancer.
