Postdoctoral Associate position available in the Department of Pharmaceutics in the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy to study molecular epigenetics/epigenomics mechanisms in diseases and how dietary & herbal phytochemicals epigenetically modify the chromatin, gene expression and prevent diseases.
Candidate should have a recent Ph.D. in cancer biology, cell/molecular biology, or a related field. Experience in epigenetics/epigenomics and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics will be a plus.
Looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong background in cancer biology, molecular biology, mammalian cellular/in vivo biology, gene transcription/regulation, and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics. The candidate must have effective communication skills and be highly motivated, self-driven, creative, and interactive, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
