Dr. Kufe is seeking a qualified postdoctoral candidate interested in studying the effects of MUC1-C on local and three-dimensional chromatin structure.
A high priority will be placed on experience with ChIP-seq, hi-C, RNA-seq and analysis of bioinformatic data.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop independent projects and work in conjunction with other post-doctoral fellows in the Kufe laboratory.
Qualifications
The candidate must have a MD, PhD or MD/PhD with several years of relevant experience in the epigenetic regulation of cancer cells. The candidate should also have a strong background in the molecular biology of genetically modified human cancer cells.
